Refund & cancellation policy

Free during beta
Cerisel is free while it’s in beta, so there’s nothing to pay for and nothing to refund today. You can delete your account at any time.
When paid plans launch
If we introduce paid plans, we’ll tell you first. Once they exist, the rules below apply. They sit alongside our terms and don’t reduce any rights the law gives you.
Cancelling
- You can cancel any time from your account.
- You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- After that the subscription stops renewing and you won’t be charged again.
- Cancelling doesn’t delete your data. You can export it, or delete your account, whenever you like.
Refunds
We don’t refund part-used billing periods. The exception is a request made within {{FOUNDER: refund window, e.g. 14 or 30 days}} of your first payment or a renewal, which we’ll refund in full. If we charged you by mistake or twice, we’ll put it right.
Your statutory rights
If you live in the EU or UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital services you can ask us to start straight away; if you do, the law may let us keep an amount for what you’ve already used, and for some digital content your right to withdraw ends once it has been provided with your agreement. Other countries give similar rights, and we’ll honour what the law where you live says.
Payments
Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider that acts as merchant of record. It takes your payment, issues receipts and handles taxes. Refunds go back to the original payment method and can take a few days to show.
How to ask
Write to {{FOUNDER: contact email}} from the email address on your account, with the date of the payment. We’ll reply as soon as we can.
